Viona AI Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains which account, chat, file, media, technical and usage data may be processed when you use Viona AI; why it is processed; how long certain data may be retained; and what controls are available to you.
Viona AI’s data flow depends on the feature you use. Chat, web search, image/video generation, 3D model creation, file upload, voice features and account functions may require different categories of data.
1. Scope and controller
This policy applies to Viona AI services, which are provided by Orvix Games. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) where it applies.
The scope of processing varies by feature. Functions used without sign-in may process less account-linked data than functions that use history, library or profile.
2. Account and identity data
During registration or sign-in, we may process basic account data such as email address, username, password hash and session-related information. If you use a supported account sign-in option, we may receive only the basic profile information and account identifier that you authorize for sign-in. Viona AI does not receive the password you use for that sign-in method.
Passwords should not be stored in plain text and should be protected using secure hashing. Session, plan and security information linked to your account may be processed to maintain sign-in, prevent unauthorized access and manage the account.
3. Chats, files and media
Messages, chat titles and history; uploaded text, code, documents, ZIP files or images; and generated images, videos, 3D models and project outputs may be processed to provide the service and operate history/library features. Avoid uploading confidential or unnecessary personal data.
Image, video and 3D tools may process reference media, prompts, output files and generation metadata. Avoid adding unnecessary personal data, trade secrets, identity documents, passwords or access keys to prompts and uploads.
4. Technical, usage and device data
For security and debugging, we may process request time, action type, URI, browser/user-agent, error records and similar technical information. Model/tool usage counters and quota data may be tied to an account. Some usage statistics are stored only locally in your browser.
Usage counters linked to user ID and date may be stored to enforce daily quotas and plan limits. Some interface statistics may remain only in browser storage on your device.
5. Purposes of processing
We process data to provide the service, manage accounts and sessions, save chat history, run the tool you select, enforce quotas and plans, maintain security, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
The goal is not to process data categories that are unnecessary for the requested feature. However, users may voluntarily include additional information in prompts or files.
6. Viona AI service infrastructure
Chat, search, AI processing, media generation, 3D operations, account, library and security features are presented to users as parts of the Viona AI service. Prompts, queries, files, images, media and technical data reasonably required for the selected feature may be processed within the Viona AI service environment.
Public product text does not disclose Viona AI’s internal architecture, model identifiers, endpoint addresses, infrastructure components or other technical integration details. Such details may remain internal for security and operational reasons.
7. Cookies and local storage
Cookies may be used to keep essential preferences such as session, language and theme. Message drafts, interface settings, display preferences and some device-local usage counters may be kept in browser storage such as localStorage. You can clear these in your browser, which may reset preferences.
Auto-saved drafts, display preferences, sidebar state, font scale and some counters may be stored in localStorage. Clearing browser data can reset them.
8. Retention and deletion
Chat and account records may be retained until you delete them or the service/account need ends. Under the current technical defaults, general temporary uploads are cleaned after about 48 hours, while temporary 3D inputs and 3D model files are cleaned after about 24 hours. Items saved to the library or linked to chat records may be kept longer. Individual chat deletion is supported; account deletion may require a support request while self-service deletion is not active.
Under current technical defaults, general temporary uploads are configured for cleanup after about 48 hours and temporary 3D inputs/model files after about 24 hours. Server configuration can change these defaults.
9. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal data for advertising. Data is processed only to the extent necessary to operate Viona AI, maintain security and run account and product features. Where legally required, data may be disclosed to competent authorities in response to a valid legal request.
10. Security and international transfers
Technical measures may include access controls, session protection, sign-in validation and masking sensitive fields in logs, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on the technical location of the Viona AI service environment, some processing may occur in other countries and may constitute an international data transfer.
Security measures may include session protection, access controls, password hashing, upload validation and masking sensitive field names in logs.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and in some cases portability. You can delete individual chats, export certain data and clear local browser settings. Contact us for requests that require identity verification.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object or request portability. You can delete individual chats, export available chat history as JSON and clear local device data.
12. Children, changes and contact
Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for users below a certain age, Viona AI should only be used with the required consent. This policy may be updated as the product or applicable law changes. The revision date will be updated and material changes may be explained through an in-product notice where appropriate.
13. Feature-specific data flow and temporary files
Chat may process message text and context; web search may process queries and results; file analysis may process readable file contents; and image/video/3D tools may process prompts, reference media and generation parameters. Temporary processing files may be cleaned automatically, while content linked to history or the library may be retained longer. Deletion may take a short technical period to propagate to backup or temporary systems.
14. Browser permissions, error logs and sensitive data
Features such as microphone access depend on browser permission. Server error logs may retain a request ID and technical context for troubleshooting; the application includes controls intended to redact fields indicating passwords, tokens, secrets, keys, authorization headers, cookies or large file data and to truncate unusually long values. Even so, the safest practice is not to place passwords or access keys in prompts.
