Viona AI Terms of Use
By using Viona AI, you agree to use the service lawfully, protect your account, have the necessary rights to uploaded material, and review AI output before running, publishing, distributing or relying on it for an important decision.
These terms cover Viona AI chat, model and speed profiles, coding tools, web search and deep research, file/code/ZIP analysis, image analysis and generation, video generation, 3D model creation, project and ZIP output, voice features, accounts, profiles, chat history, library and settings. Some features may depend on sign-in, plan, quota, device/browser permission and technical availability.
1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using Viona AI, you accept these terms and applicable mandatory law. Rights granted by local law remain unaffected. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of a company, team or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organization. Non-waivable consumer or privacy rights granted by local law remain unaffected.
2. Account, sign-in and security
You must provide accurate and current account information. You are responsible for the security of your email/username, password, supported sign-in methods and session. If you notice unauthorized access, sign out and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Activity through your account may be treated as your activity. If you detect unauthorized access or a suspicious session, update credentials where appropriate and contact the official support channel.
3. Services and AI features
Viona AI may provide chat, logical model profiles, coding tools, web search, deep research, file reading, image analysis/generation, video generation, 3D creation and project outputs. Features, models, limits and availability may change over time.
Not every feature must be available to every user, device or region at all times. Quotas, file-size limits, output duration, supported formats or feature names may change for technical, security, cost or product-development reasons.
4. Content, uploads and generated output
You must have the rights and permissions needed for text, code, documents, images and other materials you upload. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use generated output. Review output before running, publishing, distributing or using it in a commercial product.
Do not upload another person’s confidential information, trade secrets, personal data or license-restricted material without authorization. Before deploying or commercially using output, review security, licensing, accuracy and compatibility.
5. Accuracy of AI output
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inconsistent with third-party rights. Do not use output as the sole basis for code, health, legal, financial, security or other significant decisions; obtain qualified review where appropriate.
Even when web search is enabled, independently assess the date, reliability and context of sources. Use testing, source verification, backups and qualified review for important work.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access, fraud, harassment, unlawful processing of personal data, intellectual-property infringement or harm to others. You may not bypass security, abuse quotas/access controls or disrupt other users.
You may not evade quotas, plan restrictions or access controls through deceptive means, overload the service through automation, disrupt other users or exploit a discovered vulnerability to cause harm.
7. Viona AI services and web results
Web search and connected capabilities are offered as part of the Viona AI service. When web search is used, queries may be processed and results may contain content from different websites. Viona AI does not guarantee that web results are always accurate, current or complete.
Content, availability and terms of websites owned by other parties are outside Viona AI’s control. Verify important information at its source before relying on it.
8. Plans, quotas and payments
Free and paid plans may have daily or periodic limits for models, images, video, voice or other tools. Current limits are displayed in the interface or purchase flow. Fees, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the terms shown at purchase, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Before purchasing a paid plan, review the displayed price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
The Viona AI name, interface, software, branding and service infrastructure belong to Orvix Games or the applicable rights holders. You retain rights in your own content. Your ability to use generated output may be limited by law, third-party licenses and any feature or plan-specific terms.
Copyright or exclusivity of AI-generated output may vary by jurisdiction and may interact with third-party licenses. Product feedback may be used to improve the service.
10. Availability, changes and suspension
The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, limit or temporarily suspend features for security, maintenance, capacity, abuse prevention, legal or technical reasons. Access may be restricted for serious or repeated violations.
Advance notice may not be possible in urgent security situations.
11. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that AI output is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, liability may be limited for indirect loss or consequences of using unverified output.
For important projects, maintain independent backups, version control and a test environment. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, liability may be limited for indirect consequences of using unverified output.
12. Privacy, governing law and updates
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Tokat. We will update the revision date when these terms change.
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy. Material changes will update the revision date and may also be announced in-product where appropriate.
13. Chat history, library, code and project output
For signed-in users, chats, titles and certain generated files may be associated with the account and retained in history or the library. Tools may allow deletion of individual chats and export of current chat history. Code generation, debugging, project/ZIP output, commands and dependency suggestions are developer-assistance features; review them before execution and use backups and version control for important projects.
14. Image, video, 3D and experimental features
Image, video and 3D features may process reference media, prompts and generation parameters within the Viona AI service environment. Processing time, quality, format, daily quota and temporary-file retention may vary by plan and technical capacity. New or beta features may contain errors, change or be removed.
